The Data Analyst, Revenue Operations will play a critical role in optimizing and managing the end-to-end revenue processes within the sales department. This position involves collaborating with multiple teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a strong background in sales data analysis and reporting.

As a Data Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will:
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing revenue.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
- Present findings and actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM, PowerBi and other systems.
- Develop and manage revenue forecasting models to predict future sales performance.
- Assist in setting sales targets and quotas based on historical data and market trends.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on revenue strategies and objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to drive unified revenue goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices for sales operations and revenue management.
Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in a high-growth, technology, or SaaS company.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- PowerBi and advanced Excel experience is required
- Proficiency in CRM systems, (NetSuite preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
