Unlimited time off
We do try to ensure that team members take at least 14 days of paid time off at the minimum, plus national holidays. We also take December 24 to January 1 off each year.
Everyone is expected to work with mentors, advisors, consultants, and industry pro's whenever possible. Ask questions, get feedback, build something, or whatever! We'll cover the fees and/or help arrange the calls.
