About the role

We’re looking for a confident ambitious early stage finance professional to join our team. This role will report to the Group Finance Manager and primarily focus on Accounts Payable and Cost Control whilst offering the opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in various other finance functions. For someone eager to learn, this role is a great opportunity to gain knowledge and skills within accounting.

• Bank reconciliations for approximately 10 bank accounts in GBP, EUR & SGD
• Controlling staff expenses on our Expensify system
• Accounts payable process - up to and including payment runs for 3 entities
• Balance sheet reconciliations across the group
• Cost analysis reporting for our key budget holders
• Assist with Payroll for our 3 entities
• Posting of credit card transactions and subsequent reconciliations

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years experience in a fast paced international business environment
• Experience of working with Xero (or similar) plus other close enabling software
• A self-starter who can plan ahead
• Inquisitive by nature and comfortable asking questions
• Must exhibit the hunger to learn and progress
• Appreciative of deadlines and able to prioritise
• A team player but also able to work on own initiative
