What Makes This Role Great:

Nesta função, você será um guardião essencial da precisão financeira dentro do ecossistema Transporeon Freight Audit, influenciando diretamente a eficiência das cadeias de suprimentos globais. Você terá a oportunidade única de dominar tecnologias logísticas de ponta, atuando como uma ponte vital entre embarcadores e transportadoras para garantir a excelência operacional.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Dominar a plataforma FRED para auditar e aprovar faturas de frete, garantindo que o comércio global se mova sem interrupções.

• Resolver quebra-cabeças complexos identificando divergências de tarifas e liderando a resolução de problemas com transportadoras e clientes.

• Utilizar o poder do Jira para colaborar com equipes técnicas internas e otimizar as configurações do sistema.

• Impulsionar resultados de alta velocidade, cumprindo metas de 48 horas para aprovações de processos e resolução de conflitos.

• Executar tarefas financeiras especializadas, incluindo verificações de duplicidade, limpeza de contas e criação de relatórios personalizados.

Habilidades e experiência essenciais

• Ensino Médio completo.

• Mentalidade analítica natural com extrema atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com a integridade dos dados.

• Proficiência no MS Office e facilidade para aprender novas plataformas técnicas como o Jira.

• Português fluente com estilo de comunicação profissional.

• Capacidade de prosperar em um ambiente com prazos determinados, com foco em agilidade e conformidade.

Bonus :

• Graduação em Logística, Finanças, Auditoria ou Relações Internacionais.

• Experiência prévia em logística ou auditoria financeira.

• Proficiência em Inglês.
