Patients and their healthcare providers often face significant challenges in finding and accessing suitable cancer clinical trials. The landscape of oncology research is vast and constantly evolving, making it difficult for community oncologists, who treat about half of all cancer patients, to stay informed about every relevant trial. This information gap creates a major barrier, particularly for patients from diverse, underrepresented, or rural communities who may not be treated at major academic research centers. As a result, many patients miss out on opportunities to receive innovative precision medicine therapies, and clinical trials struggle to recruit participants who reflect the true diversity of the patient population. This lack of representation in research can limit the applicability of study findings and slow down the progress of developing new, effective treatments for everyone.

Trial Library was founded to address these critical inequities in cancer care. As an AI-enabled research organization, our mission is to expand access to cancer precision medicine for all. We empower healthcare providers by integrating our intelligent, user-friendly technology directly into their workflow. Our platform provides point-of-care decision support, allowing clinicians to quickly and efficiently identify relevant clinical trial opportunities for their patients. For patients who are matched with a trial, we provide comprehensive support through our technology-enabled navigation services, guiding them through every step of the enrollment process. By creating a seamless bridge between community clinics and research sites, we help our customers—patients, providers, and pharmaceutical sponsors—overcome the administrative and logistical hurdles that have historically limited trial participation. We are committed to transforming the standard of care by ensuring that groundbreaking treatments are accessible to the patients who need them most, regardless of their background or location.
