We are a growing organization undergoing a tech migration to streamline our operations and improve overall efficiency. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Specialist / Developer who can independently support our team by setting up, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications to meet our business needs.

Role Description:
This is a part-time remote position requiring 20–30 hours per week, ideal for an experienced Zoho professional who can work independently and contribute to the development and automation of internal systems. You will play a key role in our tech migration process, helping to implement and optimize Zoho solutions that improve workflows and business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other relevant tools.
  • Develop and implement workflows, automation, and custom functions using Deluge scripting.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms through APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
  • Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve performance and usability.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and user guidelines.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure smooth data migration between systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or Zoho Specialist, preferably with hands-on involvement in full system setup and integration projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, and automation tools within the Zoho ecosystem.
  • Experience integrating Zoho with third-party systems (e.g., accounting, email marketing, payment gateways).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience supporting companies during tech/system migrations is a strong plus.
