Philippines onlyWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Web Designer/Admin to support our client’s growing web design and development team. This role will primarily focus on inbox and task management, while also providing hands-on design support and website updates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing tasks end-to-end, while confidently executing creative work using tools like Canva and client operations platforms such as 17hats.
Responsibilities:
Inbox & Task Management
- Manage the founder’s inbox and organize incoming emails
- Turn emails into clear action steps and complete tasks from start to finish
- Follow up with clients or team members as needed
Design & Website Support
- Create and edit graphics using Canva
- Make updates and edits to websites (training provided if needed)
- Support design execution based on provided brand guidelines
Client Operations & Systems
- Use tools like 17hats to manage quotes, invoices, and client workflows
- Help improve and organize internal systems
- Set up and maintain tools such as password managers and SOP documentation
- Look for ways to make processes more efficient
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable managing inboxes and staying organized
- Experience with Canva (required)
- Experience editing websites (any platform is okay)
- Willingness to learn and use tools like 17hats
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Experience working with web design
- Understanding of client workflows and operations
