We’re looking for a Creative Design Specialist who can bring ideas to life through stunning graphics, engaging motion, and impactful video content. You’ll work across a variety of platforms—social media, web, email, and more—to help create designs that drive results and tell compelling brand stories.

What You’ll Do
- Design multimedia content, including graphics, motion assets, videos, and interactive elements
- Create visuals for campaigns across social media, email, landing pages, web banners, and presentations
- Edit and enhance existing creative assets to improve quality and impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver aligned designs
- Stay on top of design trends, new tools, and creative best practices to keep our visuals fresh
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia/visual design (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, XD)
- Strong skills in concept development, typography, and layout
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics
- A portfolio that shows versatile, engaging, high-quality design work
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with Figma, Webflow, Canva, or similar tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working US hours with time-tracking tools
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience creating copy for design projects (titles, subtitles, captions)
Salary Range:PHP 55k - PHP 75k per month
