This is a hands-on leadership role—equal parts strategist, coach, and market ambassador. You’ll inspire your team to deliver bold results while representing Transcarent’s mission in the market.
What You’ll Do
Lead with Purpose
- Inspire, coach, and empower a high-performing sales team to exceed ambitious growth goals.
- Define and execute a regional go-to-market strategy aligned with Transcarent’s mission and priorities.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for key clients and prospects, building trust with C-suite leaders across large, self-funded employers and health systems.
- Partner across Marketing, Product, Client Success, Sales Operations, and Enablement to bring big ideas to life and ensure a seamless client experience.
Drive Growth Impact
- Build and nurture strong relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators across the region.

- Use market intelligence and client feedback to inform innovation and product strategy.
Build for Scale
- Establish and refine sales processes, metrics, and best practices that support sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing, contracting, and partnership strategies.
- Attract, develop, and retain top sales talent through coaching, recognition, and meaningful career growth.
- Foster a culture that values integrity, curiosity, collaboration, and long-term relationships.
