Regional Installation Manager - Sim Operations

TrackMan is looking for ambitious people who can take responsibility for managing installation specialists and carrying out project installs of our market-leading golf simulators. These are sold to private individuals who have a passion for golf, golf clubs, professional golfers, retailers, and commercial golf simulator centers. Your key focus will be to manage the on-site installation end to end and deliver the customer's dream golf simulator. You will develop your skills in project management, construction, and IT infrastructure. The role both requires flexibility and offers flexibility.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage 5+ direct reports (Installation Specialists) within your region, including extensive training, weekly meetings, and quarterly reviews.
• Travel locally and across the US for 40+ weeks to oversee and participate in Simulator installations, pre-installation "site walks," and perform routine maintenance on existing simulators.
• Provide weekly reports on your team's installations, as well as feedback and documentation for all installations performed by you and your team.
• Review, approve, and control your team's expenses on a weekly basis.
• Ability to flex and handle simulator installation without assistance.
• Work with the internal Operations team to coordinate your and your team's schedule based on travel and skillset.
• Assisted with hiring and onboarding new Installation Specialists.
• Proper, timely, high-quality, and clean installations of TrackMan Golf Simulators
• Establishing best practices and innovative concepts related to product installations
• Work directly with Project Management to understand and verify all project requirements and prerequisites prior to installations.
• Provide simulator client support in accordance with current policies and agreements.
• Assist product management with additional tasks as needed to help the TrackMan business.
• Be held accountable for quality assurance for all employees within your region.

Requirements

• Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Able to motivate their team to achieve their goals. This involves being self-aware, empathetic, and trustworthy and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Understanding and using power tools safely
• Good understanding of AV and PC components
• Excellent understanding of golf and golf simulators
• Ability to read instructions, write reports, complete after-action forms
• Passion, drive, excellent work ethic, and ability to self-start without direct supervision
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; around 40 weeks a year
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years in golf or golf simulator roles
