We are in search of a Sales Development Representative who can effectively engage marketers at top-tier brands. Serving as the initial touchpoint, you play a critical role in shaping Traackr's first impression with our prospects. This position entails generating meetings for our Account Executives and serves as a foundational step toward a career in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve qualified meeting-setting goals aligned with company growth targets.
  • Your primary responsibility is to grow a profitable pipeline of opportunities through inbound and outbound tactics for Enterprise Named Accounts. Conduct timely and relevant follow-ups with inbound leads, including leading discovery calls with qualified prospects.
  • Perform account research to support Traackr’s strategic growth plans and identify key decision-makers.
  • Share relevant insights and data with prospects to demonstrate the value Traackr brings to their business.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns, building relationships with prospective clients.
  • Run account-based outbound and nurture programs in collaboration with marketing.
  • Proactively identify outreach opportunities with prospective brands and execute personalized outreach to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Document all activities and responsibilities in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with your Account Executive (AE) to strategize outreach and develop a plan for engaging targeted accounts.
  • Support event outreach efforts in collaboration with the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales development, customer communication, or similar roles preferred.
  • Experience communicating with decision-makers at enterprise-level companies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, GSuite, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at varying levels of seniority.
  • Creative and resilient, able to navigate conversations and pivot without being pushy.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the fashion and beauty industry is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and product).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

This position is 100% remote, with the understanding that occasional in-person attendance may be required for trainings, meetings, and team gatherings, as determined by your manager.
