We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our amazing Product team! You will serve as a pivotal figure responsible for guiding our product through its entire lifecycle. From driving revenue growth to enhancing user engagement, retention, and brand reputation, you will play a vital role in shaping Token’s trajectory.
To help you best prepare, we’ve outlined the interview process for this role, we aim to have this process completed within 3 weeks:
- 30 minute google meet with our People and Talent Coordinator
- 1 hour google meet with our Chief Product Officer
- 45 minutes case study with some of our team
- 45 minutes google meet call with a cross-functional panel
Requirements
About you:
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead cross-functional teams to define and articulate product requirements, and spearhead the creation of comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRD’S).
- Lead, build, and ship impactful products whilst driving significant positive outcomes through product implementation.
- Work closely with research and development teams to gather insights and data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling product messaging and positioning and launch strategy for products.
- Implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to position the product as an industry leader.
- Make critical decisions regarding product features, priorities, and strategies.
- Lead discussions on product direction and vision during team meetings and planning sessions.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role.
- Demonstrated experience in building and shipping successful products to the market.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously whilst eagerly contributing across the entire product lifecycle.
- Proven record of successfully launching features that have directly benefited customers.
- Strong data knowledge and experience in using data to drive product decisions.
- Demonstrated experience implementing strategies to enhance product growth.
- Expertise in fostering cross-functional collaboration and overseeing stakeholder relationships.
- Hands-on experience driving product-led growth efforts is highly desirable!
We’ll be super impressed if you have the following:
- Experience building crypto products.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
