TixTrack is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in building and delivering innovative user value in our Nliven product. The role involves driving high-quality solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability, and staying current with technology trends and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of leading an engineering team’s execution in a SaaS environment.
- Experience crafting a team's development techniques and processes to its customers and product’s needs.
- An accomplished manager, with a track record of growing the impact of their staff.
- Current coding experience is not required, but substantial prior experience in software development is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong strategic, decision-making, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills.

- Base annual salary range of $150,000 - $170,000, commensurate with experience
