Unlimited time off
No accrual–task as you need (subject to manager approval and business needs). We encourage all employees to take at least two weeks a year as vacation.
Disability insurance
We cover 80% of your short-term disability premiums and 60% for dependents. Currently, Tidelift does not enforce a waiting period for coverage. All short-term disability benefits are effective on the 1st of the month on or after hire.
