As a Project Manager you will: 

  • Partner with Product teams supporting the Corporate Tax & Trade portfolio to deliver successful project outcomes by creating, managing, and driving project deliverables.
  • Define, document and actively manages smaller-scale projects with minimal supervision, working with cross-functional teams that may have differing priorities
  • Identify, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project and takes action when needed
  • Effectively manages project team conflicts, building collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across many business areas, and a commitment to make decisions
  • Prepare and maintain project plans and track activities against the plan
  • Implement effective communication plan and operating rhythm, including provision of regular and accurate reports.
  • Manage change control gaining agreement for revisions from project stakeholders.
  • Provide effective leadership to the project team ensuring members are motivated and developing their skills and experience. Identifies any problems with sponsorship
  • Influence the work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met and drive transparent communications on status with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Introduce industry best practices to streamline project management processes and drive team adoption.

About You:

To be successful in achieving these goals, you will:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environment with a desire to place the customer at the center in a drive toward successful delivery.
  • Possess strong business acumen, preferably associated with Product Management practices including product delivery
  • Independently and decisively drive critical projects while maintaining alignment and overall direction.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment focused on teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Demonstrate an ability to influence at all levels within the company across all functions and time zones with a team-oriented style.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences, demonstrating strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Learn quickly and immediately apply new knowledge.
  • 3-5 years of project management or related experience with implementation of large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience working successfully with virtual/global teams
  • Experience in Agile project delivery framework a plus
  • Project management certifications a plus
