The Guarantors seeks a Systems Coordination Senior Associate in New York, NY to:
- ensure that deals are processed in a timely manner and according to protocol;
- schedule, prioritize, and distribute workflow of the unit to ensure work is done in a timely fashion and all deadlines are met;
- develop and utilize management reports and analytics tools to assist in monitoring team and individual underwriter results;
- work cross-functionally with other departments and team leads in order to drive process improvements and increase the team’s unit economics;
- design and maintain an analytics tool to assess team and individual capacity maximums against current output, in order to forecast staffing requirements;
- mentor Systems Coordination Analysts and Specialists & Underwriting Analysts and Specialists as needed; and
- conduct audits for quality control; and present findings to leadership.
Telecommuting is permitted from NJ, FL, or NY.
The position requires:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Business Analytics, Applied Statistics, or another related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Must have at least two (2) years of experience in the following skills: utilizing Advanced MS Excel formulas for calculations; CRM software, such as HubSpot and Zendesk; Accounts Receivable tracking; Statistical Theory including Algebra; Principles of Modern Finance and Financial Accounting; Applied Regression Analysis & Statistical Methods and Computation.
Salary:
The base salary range for this position is between $75,733-$90,000 annually. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and current market data, and may vary from the range above.
