Position Summary

The Field Sales Analyst reports directly to the Director, National Field Sales and will be pivotal in the execution of Field Sales initiatives and supporting key development and delivery of better sales intelligence for the Field Sales teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in cross-functional often ambiguous situations and will be able to take projects from ideation to execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Data collection, reporting, management and analysis of both internal (CRM System) and external data
• Supports inputs into internal presentations MBR, Demand Review, 3YP/10YP and other internal presentation requirements.
• Owns tracking and scorecarding various initiatives within the BU
• Develop Sales dashboards through partnership with data management partners to report on individual territory Sales, Distribution and integrating customer inventory data
• Lead the rollout and evolution of Repsly with the Sales Teams and leverage to optimize the team performance
• Work with Finance to monitor and renew contracts for the street business
• Oversight and data management of KHC Away From Home customers
• Provide relevant insights to the sales teams through partnership with our AFH insights team
• Development and delivery of data analytics and insights to drive commercial decision making
• Coordinating with Sales Operations and Category teams to understand capacity and supply outlook
• Develop data driven accuracies which maximize Sales Efficiency and Effectiveness across

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience preferred, new grads considered
• Proficient in Excel and Power Point is required
• Salesforce knowledge and working strongly preferred
• Self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence
• Ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization
• Ability to build strong relationships and work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
