This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Job Summary

The Senior Sales Analyst is responsible for understanding how replenishment, new products, assortments, and promotions drive wholesale and retail business. This role is also responsible for coaching and mentoring dealers on sales tactics to drive wholesale revenue and dealer inventory management with a strong focus on metrics and driving financial results.

Job Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with dealers to improve inventory and sales performance along with product availability for Harley-Davidson Parts & Accessories (P&A)
• Responsible for training dealer staff in inventory management principles and techniques pertinent to the Collaborative Inventory Management (CIM+) program as well as providing assistance and training on the CIM+ software
• Deliver information and financial results for P&A promotions by actively working with the field and dealers on these promotions as well as product life cycle events to ensure optimal sales results.
• Work closely with the field sales organization to ensure greatest understanding of the related products businesses in regards to product, promotions, and systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of fundamental concepts, processes, and procedures of current inventory management and supply chain management best practices to perform various analysis and operational activities surrounding forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment.
• Build and maintain a trusting relationship with dealers, optimizing responsiveness to dealers and increasing dealer profitability whilst ensuring achievement of company objectives.
• Proactively gather and analyze data from all sources to uncover actionable insights to improve retail health and performance within dealerships

• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Sales and administrative background, with ability to operate on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Macro’s and formulas

Preferred

• SAP experience and aptitude desired
• Awareness of logistics, customer service and supply chain operations

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
