Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years relevant proposal and/or health care experience
- Solid understanding of Cigna's products and services
- Strong writing skills
- Critical thinker who can quickly absorb large quantities of information
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- High degree of organizational ability and strong project management skills
