Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time Healthcare Recruiter who will be responsible for the organization's talent management efforts including full cycle recruiting and university relationships within a dynamic, growing, and changing environment. S/he is a key member of the Human Resources team, partnering closely with the HR Managers and HR Director and collaborating with all hiring managers across our multiple locations to develop hiring strategies that will enable us to fill critical roles and identify key hiring sources. The Recruiter reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Experience:
- Knowledge and experience with full cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring, preferably in the healthcare field
- Collaborates with department managers on a regular basis to proactively identify future hiring needs
- Attracts candidates using various sources like social media networks, internet sourcing, etc.
- Attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline
- Designs and implements an overall recruiting strategy specific to the position/department
- Develops and updates job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepares recruitment materials and posts jobs to appropriate job sites, sources
- Sources and recruits candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screens candidates' resumes and job applications and conducts interviews utilizing the behavioral interviewing approach
- Assesses applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes in order to make strong hiring decisions
- Assists in the onboarding of new employees to become fully integrated
- Monitors and applies HR recruiting best practices
- Provides analytical and well documented recruiting reports and utilizes recruitment metrics to build better strategies
- Acts as a point of contact and builds influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promotes company's reputation as "best place to work"
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field or related experience
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferably with experience in recruiting/sourcing on a more national basis).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews, i.e., phone, in person, virtual, group and/or peer interviews, etc.
- Excellent communication, organization, time management and people skills
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong decision-making/assessment skills
- Highly proficient in all forms of sourcing: i.e., internet, social media, etc.

WORK SCHEDULE:
The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, either in office or remotely.
