Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ years of customer service/call center experience
  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with RXHome, and Care Central or Customer Relationship Manager
