Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping
- Diligent and thorough work attitude
- Excellent speaking skills with Business Owner - creating macro actions
- Enjoys doing reconciliation
- Background in using NetSuite is preferable
- Capable to multi-task in a high-volume environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Make sure all transactions are properly recorded and in a timely manner.
- Utilize and analyze data from multiple data sources/systems.
- Conduct transaction entry.
- Investigate through many details and systems.
