We need someone experienced, accurate, fast, committed, and capable of working with our Tel Aviv Based client.

We need someone with remarkable communication and critical thinking skills.

You will be reporting directly under the Tel Aviv based company and have the opportunity to learn more about the role (and get to learn something about their culture too!)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping
  • Strong background in balance sheet reconciliation
  • Familiarity with SAP Business One (preferred but not required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in team management or supervising staff
  • Background in financial services is an advantage
  • CPA qualification is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform account reconciliations using SAP Business One
  • Retrieve and process bank statements and transaction records
  • Maintain and update automated payment schedules
  • Prepare and deliver reports for management review
  • Lead and manage a team of 5 agents, ensuring performance and task completion
