Thaloz is a technology company that partners with other companies to provide software solutions and staff augmentation. Your role as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be key in supporting all Talent team activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring alignment with interviewers' availability and preferences.
- Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information, interview outcomes, and other relevant data.
- Create candidates' CVs.
- Communicate with clients to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with People Care to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Reply to all of the candidates' questions and continuously seek opportunities to enhance their experience during the process.
- Collaborate with metric tracking.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative/coordination or recruitment roles.
- B2 English level.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in the IT industry (Not required, but Big plus).
