We are coming off a record-setting year in 2023 and are looking to bring in a strategic business development executive on a contract basis to further accelerate our growth. We're looking for someone with 5+ years of B2B SaaS Selling experience to be part of a leading Financial Technology software-as-a-service (SaaS) business.

The Right Candidate Will
- Lead sales prospecting efforts with high outbound activity and a bias for action
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities and introduce to the appropriate AE
- Be a self-starter and comfortable making prospecting phone calls quickly
- Utilize our CRM as a source of truth to ensure all data is up to date and accurate
- Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority
- Learn about our innovative AR Automation platform and stay current with market/industry trends
- Evangelize Tesorio’s pillars and values through all internal external communications
Top Characteristics and Traits for a Successful BDR
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise selling
- Ability to speak with CFOs, VP Finance, Treasurers, Controllers, Accounts Receivable leaders and ask discovery questions about customer workflows and Jobs to Be Done
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Genuine customer empathy
- Organized and strong time management skills
- Excellent written verbal communication
- A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment
- A sense of urgency and persistence
- Experience using Sales Enablement Tools: SFDC, Outreach, SalesNav, Zoominfo Orum
