We are looking for an Onboarding Program Manager to own and elevate the Temporal employee onboarding experience at a pivotal stage of growth. In this role, you’ll build and continuously improve a high-quality onboarding program that supports new Temporalites from offer acceptance through their first 90 days.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in employee onboarding, learning and development, or related people operations roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling onboarding programs in high-growth technology companies
- High quality instructional design skills with the ability to create compelling learning experiences
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience developing content across multiple formats including written guides, videos, and interactive sessions
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort with technology tools and platforms, particularly Notion, Slack, and Zoom
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly through written, verbal, and asynchronous formats
- Design onboarding experiences that foster inclusion, belonging, and equitable access to information and resources
- Experience measuring onboarding effectiveness through surveys and data analysis
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
