We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Media Operations Manager to join our team. As a Media Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our media department and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of media campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute media strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the media planning and buying process, including budgeting, negotiation, and optimization of media campaigns
• Oversee the execution and delivery of media campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and social media
• Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the success of media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective media assets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in media planning and buying
• Manage relationships with media vendors and partners
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to media campaigns

Requirements

• 4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience managing paid search campaigns
• Must have Fortune 500 or prior big agency experience
• Prior experience in media planning, buying, or operations
• Strong knowledge of media planning and buying tools and platforms
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership abilities
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to media campaigns is a plus
