Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Automation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in revolutionizing our operational efficiency by optimizing and automating our systems and processes, with a primary focus on HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in process automation, API integration, and system simplification, enabling our team to focus more on building value-added relationships with our clients.Key

Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Automation Strategies: Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable automation workflows that transform how we operate.

- Integrate Systems and Applications: Seamlessly connect various systems through APIs to create a unified, streamlined operation.

- Optimize Business Processes: Analyze existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation, making our operations leaner and more effective.

- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with different teams to understand their needs and provide tailored automation solutions that enhance productivity and accuracy.

- Monitor and Maintain Systems: Ensure automated systems are functioning correctly and efficiently, troubleshooting and resolving any issues promptly.

- Provide Training and Support: Empower team members by providing training on new automation tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

- Proven experience in business process automation, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot.

- In-depth knowledge of API integration and experience working with various systems and applications.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about process improvements.

- Proficiency with scripting and automation tools.

- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively in a human-driven business environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in HubSpot or other relevant automation tools.

- Experience in the healthcare industry or with human capital management systems.

- Familiarity with other CRM systems and integration platforms.
