Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead several projects at a time
• Control and management on all phases of a project lifecycle
• Production of appropriate documentation in support of digital projects, including project plans, issue logs, requirements specification, resource plans, etc.
• Stakeholders management, customer relationships
• Leading the cooperation with internal departments
• Scope gathering and planning
• Facilitation of a single scrum team, day-to-day operational activities
• KPI tracking and analysis
• Reporting
• People management: conflict management, motivation
• Risk management

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of project management experience in the IT industry
• Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry
• Experience in gathering/processing/preparing project requirements
• Experience in long/mid/short term planning for scrum teams, change management
• Understanding of web development principles and SDLC
• Excellent stakeholders management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Upper-intermediate written and spoken English
