Long Term Contract
Responsibilities:
Development & Implementation:
- Develop and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform components such as Data Ingestion, Data Governance, Identity Service, and Activation.
- Build and maintain real-time customer profiles and data models.
- Integrate AEP with other Adobe solutions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign) and third-party systems.
- Implement and manage customer segmentation and audience management processes.
- Design and manage data schemas within AEP.
- Oversee data ingestion processes from various sources including CRM, web analytics, and offline data.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance.
Customer Journey Orchestration:
- Utilize AEP’s Journey Orchestration capabilities to create and manage personalized customer experiences.
- Implement and manage customer segmentation and audience management processes.
- Implement custom actions for 3rd party integrations
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze customer journey data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Use insights derived from CJA to recommend strategies for improving customer engagement and retention.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support for AEP implementations and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, transformation, and activation.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, data analytics, and IT to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document technical designs, processes, and configurations.
Education:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
