Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Cross-Selling: Identifies opportunities to cross-sell educational products and services to current customers, enhancing their experience and driving additional revenue.
- Customer Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers, including parents, educators, and institutions, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Campaigns: Collaborates with the marketing team to execute targeted cross-selling campaigns and measure their success in the education sector.
- Sales Targets: Meets and exceeds individual sales targets and contribute to team goals within the context of early education.
- Product Knowledge: Develops a deep understanding of our educational product offerings and effectively communicates their value to customers.
- Data Analysis: Utilizes CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and campaign performance, focusing on the educational impact.
- Occasional domestic travel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish). This position requires professional working proficiency in Spanish and English to interact with our client base.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a willingness to learn and apply new strategies in the education market.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce or a similar platform.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand educational product features, benefits, and use cases.
- Basic skills in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to educators and parents.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
