Requirements
- Responsibility for the system architecture of forced-relay and universal-relay systems used in industrial applications
- Exchange and visits with global customers to understand system behavior, modularity levels, and developing technological requirements
- Combination of technology and application expertise to derive system architecture requirements
- Ensure that technology and product roadmaps align with customer next-generation products as well as short- and long-term technology and market trends (3-5 years)
- Analysis and evaluation of key drivers for product and technology gaps at TE and derivation of optimal technical solutions
- Participation in and shaping of standardization activities to influence industry trends in line with the TE strategy
- Creation of application whitepapers to support internal teams and for better customer understanding
- Technical input for the Technology Radar, product outlooks/roadmaps, and PRDs
- Conducting competition benchmarks and evaluating new product concepts
