[b]Requirements:[/b][ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]At least [b]6–8[/b] years of progressive experience in regulatory policy, financial-sector regulation, AML/CFT compliance, legislative or policy drafting, or strategic advisory roles within government, regulatory authorities, private or international organizations, preferably with:[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, or supporting the development of regulatory frameworks, policy instruments, guidelines, or compliance standards, particularly in financial-sector regulation or financial crime prevention.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Practical exposure to financial regulation, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) frameworks, securities markets, digital assets, or virtual asset regulatory regimes.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Familiarity with international regulatory standards and best practices, including frameworks issued by bodies such as the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO), Bank for International Settlements (BIS), Financial Stability Board (FSB), or related international standard-setting organizations.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Strong analytical, policy research, and strategic assessment capabilities, with the ability to translate complex regulatory, financial crime, or emerging technology issues into actionable policy recommendations and regulatory guidance.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams, regulatory initiatives, or cross-agency collaboration, including engagement with domestic regulators, law enforcement agencies, and international stakeholders.[/li][/ul][/ml][b]Education & Qualifications:[/b][ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferably in Public Policy, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Relevant professional certifications in public policy, policy analysis, strategic management, project management, public-sector governance, financial regulation, or any other relevant discipline shall be considered an added advantage.[/li][/ul][/ml][b]Note: [/b]This application form is integrated with PVARA’s official recruitment portal (recruitment.pvara.team).
