OVERVIEW

Full-time/Permanent Employee

Location: Remote
As a Cloud Project Manager II, you will coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of cloud projects. Identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that reduce defects in the cloud. Exercises strong judgment in the identification and execution of strategic improvement plans. Anticipates bottlenecks, assess risks, mitigate issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. Influence, motivate and lead others to meet the challenges of cloud operational environment. Validate customer requirements and coordinate cloud resources to onboard new tenant. Generate and submit monthly SLA reports to customers and PM. Support the generation of monthly SLA and other reports.
The proposed salary range for this position is $78,929-$93,229. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the development effort by conveying the vision to an Agile or Scrum delivery team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value

    • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure their interests are represented while coordinating with the team to meet deadlines and budget constraints

    • Manage the business aspects of the project, ensuring the right product is built, in the right order, within budget, and by the deadline

    • Serve as the primary contact for the Agile or Scrum delivery team, providing information, work prioritization, and decision-making support

    • Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery

    • Act as a liaison between the product owner, development team, and management to ensure all targets and requirements are met

    • Ensure that team members understand project objectives and remain aligned with Agile principles

    • Maintain the product backlog and release plan, facilitating productivity by setting up meetings and resolving impediments that obstruct sprint goals

    • Preserve flexibility and rapidly respond to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements

    • Provide technical support to operational strategies that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across program functions

    • Ensure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded

    • Identify and escalate opportunities for growth within the work area to leadership

    • Participate in growth initiatives as requested

    • Ensure all contractual deliverables are met or exceeded to customer satisfaction

    • Complete personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on)

    • Build productive and positive professional relationships with clients within the program

    • Execute all contract requirements in accordance with contract-specific LCAT and requirements

    • Perform other related duties as assigned

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

    Clearance:Active Secret Clearance
    Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or an associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience; or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience.

    • Experienced with frequent use and application of Agile and Scrum principles, methodologies, and best practices

    • Ability to work under general supervision while providing solutions to technical challenges of moderate scope and complexity

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration

    • Proficiency in managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies

    • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams

    • DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification 

    • At least one cloud certification 

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification

    • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps

    • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and technical team dynamics

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

    • Ability to drive continuous process improvements and Agile best practices across teams
