JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

BackOffice Associates, LLC d/b/a Syniti. has openings for a Lead Consultant to perform the following duties: Deliver unique technology and business solutions to clients across industries, including; Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Utilities. Implement and develop customer deliverables independently using Syniti methodology and tools that meet or exceed customer requirements. Develop and test all technical solutions per functional specifications and conduct user training as needed. Support, advise, and mentor junior resources on SynitiONE best practices in delivery and development. Coordinate and monitor effective knowledge transfer of Syniti methodologies to client team members. Organize process area data team and orchestrates all technical and functional activities. Run execution plans for cutover activities within their target area, identifying and working with business object owners. Utilize an advanced level of functional/technical expertise within respective target area of focus.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computational Sciences, Information Systems, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in ERP techno-functional or in any field in which the experience was gained, plus demonstrated experience in: Leading end-to-end implementations, from discovery to go – live; DSP; SAP Data Service; SAP Information Steward or other Data Migration tools; MS SQL (query skills, table structure and relational databases); Data quality analysis; Statistical analysis and/or modeling; Mining and analyzing transactional electronic data; Directly working with customers; Successful implementation of at least 4 or more full ERP implementation lifecycle(s).

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week/8am-5pm/Monday-Friday

Job Location: 100% Remote position reports to Company Headquarters in Needham, Massachusetts.
