Pension Fund
The Swiss Re Pension Fund provides benefits in excess of the statutory requirements, with a Pension Plan and a Capital Plan. Normal retirement age is 65, with options for early retirement from 58 or deferral up to 70.
Health insurance
Swiss Re provides health insurance. You receive a monthly allowance of CHF 200 toward basic health insurance from a provider of your choice. For supplementary health insurance, you and your family have access to a wide range of products as well as preferential terms and conditions from our two preferred insurance partners, SWICA and VISANA.
Disability insurance
