At SweetRush, we're driven by a profound belief in the power of human potential. Since our founding in 2001 by Andrei Hedstrom and Arturo Schwartzberg, our mission has been to create impactful and life-centered experiences that help individuals and organizations thrive. We started with a simple yet powerful idea: to build a company grounded in caring, commitment, and world-class talent. This philosophy has been the bedrock of our success, fostering a culture of near-zero employee turnover and nurturing long-lasting partnerships with our clients. We are a team of over 200 passionate professionals, and since 2009, we have embraced a fully remote work model, allowing us to collaborate with the best talent from across the globe. Our journey began with a focus on strategic marketing and web development, but we soon found our true calling in the world of performance improvement and creating custom learning and communication solutions.

Our work is all about infusing creativity into every solution we deliver. We believe in instructional creativity to devise unique and effective answers to our clients' challenges, artistic creativity to craft visually stunning and engaging user experiences, and technical creativity to harness the power of emerging technologies like virtual reality, augmented reality, and gamification. This creative lens extends to everything we do, from our project management methodologies to the way we treat our teammates, clients, and the planet. We are proud to have partnered with over 100 of the world's most successful organizations, including Google, Hilton, and IKEA, as well as 40 non-profits, to help them achieve their goals. Our dedication to excellence has been recognized with numerous industry awards, but our greatest reward is the trust and loyalty of our clients and the positive impact we make together. We are more than just a company; we are a community dedicated to making the world a better place, one learning experience at a time.
