Job Description

For our successful client in Sofia, one of the most positive and globally recognized manufacturers of confectionery, and food products, we are looking to hire a Customer Consultant with German and English.

Your main tasks as a customer consultant will include:

  • Show empathy and focus to customers while resolving issues in a timely manner;
  • Come to independent decisions considering compliance with the processes and regulations;
  • Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner;
  • Multitask in fast paced environment ;
  • Ability to thrive within and adapt to organizational changes;
  • Chase and follow-up – bring things to resolution;
