  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience with airline reservation software is an advantage
  • Previous customer service experience is recommended
  • Strong attention to detail and customer care orientation
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
  • Remote position with possibility to work from our offices in Sofia or Varna
