Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's growth strategy to increase market share and revenue in the data labeling industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand our customer base.
• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams to achieve growth targets and maximize customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns, product enhancements, and pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and clients to drive business development initiatives.
• Monitor and track key performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize strategies to ensure continuous improvement and success.
  

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Deep understanding of the data labeling industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
