Requirements
- Act as a fractional director within the unique SelectFew system (learn more at www.selectfew.co), leading a small handful of clients.
- Serve as the quarterback of a client's distributed marketing team, offering guidance, strategy, and management of vetted specialty experts.
- Have expertise ("super powers") in one or more of the following areas: Email, Ads, CRO, Analytics, Content Strategy, Influencer Strategy, Social, SEO.
- Exhibit resilience and hands-on commitment to tackling diverse challenges for successful project outcomes.
- Love studying data and designing growth experiments to empower clients in making intelligent business decisions.
- Possess strong organizational and project management skills, coupled with effective communication abilities.
- Manage client's distributed marketing teams designed collaboratively through SelectFew.
- Demonstrate full-funnel growth experience, with an emphasis on tech B2B or consumer leadership.
- Build and cultivate relationships effortlessly, caring about both clients and team members.
