As a SelectFew Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and managing flexible growth systems for SelectFew customers, immersing yourself in each unique team and serving as an extension of their well-funded endeavors. SelectFew Strategists will blend their analytical expertise, experience, and training to provide actionable, data-driven insights, and make tangible differences within each daily decision. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn the intricacies of various business structures, working closely with diverse teams and personalities and fueling growth for venture-backed, innovative and fast moving enterprises.

Requirements

  • Act as a fractional director within the unique SelectFew system (learn more at www.selectfew.co), leading a small handful of clients.
  • Serve as the quarterback of a client's distributed marketing team, offering guidance, strategy, and management of vetted specialty experts.
  • Have expertise ("super powers") in one or more of the following areas: Email, Ads, CRO, Analytics, Content Strategy, Influencer Strategy, Social, SEO.
  • Exhibit resilience and hands-on commitment to tackling diverse challenges for successful project outcomes.
  • Love studying data and designing growth experiments to empower clients in making intelligent business decisions.
  • Possess strong organizational and project management skills, coupled with effective communication abilities.
  • Manage client's distributed marketing teams designed collaboratively through SelectFew.
  • Demonstrate full-funnel growth experience, with an emphasis on tech B2B or consumer leadership.
  • Build and cultivate relationships effortlessly, caring about both clients and team members.
  • Showcase effective decision-making skills and leadership qualities, translating data into valuable insights.
