Each employee has access to virtual credit cards which are provided to them via Ramp.com when they join.

Generous vacation

We consider vacation time extremely important to your overall happiness and well-being. Each employee gets 25 vacation days per employment year – this number is separate from public holidays below so you'll get 25 days plus public holidays.

Home office budget

As part of onboarding, every SuperHi staff member will have access to a virtual credit card which contains $3,000 a year to spend on equipment. We will get you whatever equipment you need to be successful. Of course, be sensible with what you order – no $2,799 chairs please – we trust you to make good decisions!

Paid parental leave

Everyone at SuperHi is entitled to take parental leave when a new family member arrives, either by birth, adoption, or foster care. For all parental caregivers who have been with SuperHi for at least one year, leave is up to 16 weeks at 100% pay. If you’ve been at SuperHi less than a year, your parental leave benefits will be prorated.

4-day workweeks

Our staff work Mondays to Thursdays and are expected to be online, in meetings, and available to answer questions. On Fridays, there are no meetings, sending or replying to Slack messages or DMs is discouraged and there is no commitment to being available. Some people use Fridays to catch up on work in a more flexible way, others take the day completely off.

Learning and development budget

SuperHi is a company built on education so we want you to see what it's like from the other side as we feel like this will better inform any decision making. The $1,000 a year budget can be used towards learning any new skills, even outside of the scope of SuperHi's remit, in the following formats: Books, online courses and events, and physical events and conferences

Healthcare benefits

Due to the US healthcare system being absolutely terrible and not offering the same nationalized systems that it should, we have medical, dental and vision benefits that are provided via Justworks. You'll be offered a choice of one of the following plans. SuperHi contributes $500/mon towards each medical plan and fully covers all employee costs for dental and vision plans.
