Project Scope:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCMTechno-Functional Consultant to support the design, development, testing,and maintenance of SAP applications within an enterprise environment. The roleinvolves working across multiple SAP modules including Human CapitalManagement (HCM), Time Management, Payroll, SuccessFactors, Finance, MaterialsManagement, and Supplier Relationship Management.
The consultant will be responsible foranalyzing system requirements, developing and configuring solutions, performingtesting, and supporting ongoing enhancements and production systems. The rolealso includes integration with external workforce management systems such as KronosWorkforce Dimensions.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develophigh-quality SAP code and related documentation following development standards
·Collaborate withcross-functional teams including analysts, designers, and system owners
·Provideend-to-end SAP support including analysis, development, testing, and issueresolution
·Analyze systemchange requests and provide accurate effort estimates
·Configure andenhance standard SAP solutions
·Participate intesting, deployment, and post-production support activities
·Mentor juniorteam members and contribute to team knowledge sharing
·Support systemupgrades, patches, and enhancements
Technical Responsibilities:
·Develop andenhance SAP Web UI, Web Dynpro, and Floorplan Manager (FPM) applications
·Work on HCMProcesses & Forms using Adobe Forms and NetWeaver Portal
·Develop using ABAP(Object-Oriented, Modular, Dialog, and Dynamic Programming)
·Implementenhancements using User Exits, BAdIs, Screen/Field Exits, and EnhancementFramework
·Develop reports(ALV, Interactive, Drilldown, Classical) and interfaces
·Work with BAPI,RFC, IDOC, LSMW, BDC and integration tools
·Develop andsupport SuccessFactors integrations
·Manage SAPconnections (SCOT, SOST) and workflows
·Perform OSS noteanalysis and apply fixes/updates
·Supportintegration using SAP PI/CPI, SOA, REST/SOAP Web Services, and fileinterfaces
·Work on SAPECC, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors modules
·Perform unittesting, test script development, and execution
Required Skills & Experience:
·5+ years of SAPHCM ABAP development experience
·Strong functionalknowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
·Experience with KronosWorkforce Dimensions / Workforce Ready
·Hands-onexperience with SAP Portal technologies
·Knowledge of SAPCloud Integration (CPI/PI)
·Experience with enterpriseERP systems
·Understanding of accounting/businessprocesses
·Strongcommunication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
·Experienceworking in Agile and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies
·Exposure to HANACloud Integration and modern SAP technologies
·Experience withintegrations across HR, payroll, and third-party systems
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent workexperience
