Subconscious is building the intelligence to run the economy. We start with a simulator for business decisions: causal experiments that help companies test products, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market choices before committing capital.

Our long-term ambition is a world where businesses can discover unmet demand, experiment before they invest, and build around what people actually need.

Two founder-level opportunities

We are recruiting senior leaders to build our commercial and operating functions. Own enterprise revenue and strategic partnerships, or own customer deployment and company operations. These are hands-on company-building roles: define the approach, do the early work, and shape the team that follows.

Leadership opportunities: inquire first

We are also welcoming expressions of interest for eight planned leadership functions across science, engineering, design, and enterprise sales. These listings invite an exploratory conversation as we fundraise. They are not immediately funded salaried vacancies, and expressing interest does not commit you to begin work. Founder-level ownership

3%–5% equity for each co-founder, with the scope to shape the business and build your team. We are fundraising: these roles are equity-only today, with salary contingent on a successful raise. Equity for other leadership roles is discussed individually.

Work that matters

Help turn consequential customer decisions into well-scoped experiments and evidence people can act on. Work closely with research, product, and engineering. Bring sound judgment about what the product can establish, what remains uncertain, and what customers need next.

Location and timing

The two co-founder openings are in-person roles in New York City. Planned leadership roles span New York, San Francisco, and remote work within the United States, as specified in each listing. Scope and start dates for these planned roles will be discussed individually.
