About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Product Analyst to join us.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyse and interpret user data from a wide range of data sources using SQL, Looker and Count.
• Influence and leverage our Product Managers by supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Be a driving force in ideation/discovery, conversion rate optimisation, A/B test design and set-up, and release monitoring.
• Proactively monitor the performance of our platforms and user funnels to generate growth-driving insights and opportunities.
• Collaborate with our data engineers and analytics engineers to continuously improve our data pipelines and analytics capability.

Requirements

A little bit about you…
We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…

• Experience using SQL and working with large datasets in an e-commerce, digital or tech environment.
• Hands on Product Analyst experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams, ideally in a rapidly growing start-up or scale-up business.
• A passion and aptitude for translating data into real business impact and growth.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to tell stories with data and to communicate analysis simply with a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker or similar.
