Job Description

Tallo is a career discovery and talent connection platform that helps nearly 2 million users—mostly students and early-career talent—explore what they're capable of. We connect them with jobs, apprenticeships, scholarships, and learning opportunities.

SUMMARY: Help us create and test social media content, track what's working (and what's not), manage our posting schedule, and bring your own creative ideas to the table.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Social Media Strategy & Testing:Help us figure out what content works best by testing different posts and ideas. Keep an eye on what's trending and let the team know when you spot something we should jump on.

  • Content Planning & Scheduling:Help manage when and where we post content. Work with our content creators to make sure everything goes out on time.

  • Analytics & Reporting:Track how our posts are doing—likes, comments, shares, all ofit. Help create reports that showwhat'sworking and share your insights with the team.

  • Creative Direction:Come up withideas for content that fits our brand. Help write creative briefs (basically instructionsfor content creators) and give feedback on what we should post.

  • Other Stuff:Help outwith other projects the team needs support on.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Minimum high school diploma (or its equivalencyi.eGED)

  • Experience with social media (your own accounts, running a club's page, or helpinga localbusinesscounts!)

  • Basic ability to look at numbers and understand what they mean

  • You'veused or are willing to learn tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer, or something similar

  • You know your way around Canva or basic design

  • You'rea good communicator (writing and talking)

  • You can create a Tallo account and use it

  • Ability to work40hoursa week

  • Ability to cleara requiredbackground check.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

  • This is a home-based position

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work,requiredtravel (if any), external market and internal value whendetermininga new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’sbenefitselections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

Weanticipatethe salary range to be$22 an hour.Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
