The Middle School English Interventionist position is a remote job that requires a state certified teacher to deliver academic intervention to at-risk students in both synchronous and asynchronous environments. The position is funded by State Compensatory Education funds and requires a strong understanding of curriculum development and classroom instruction for at-risk students.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt learning plans to meet different needs and learning styles
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Demonstrates use of good judgment in decision-making
- Very strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer service orientation
- Understanding of applicable sections of the State Education Code and other pertinent regulations
