Good, because you have the unique opportunity to join our growing in-house proclaim department, working alongside other specialists. You’ll train our staff in using Proclaim to get the most out of the system, be more efficient, and ensure the quality of data. Reporting to our Proclaim Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day help desk queries, identifying training needs, and working through BAU requests, delivering this across multiple office locations.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexibility in terms of location. The role can be based remotely in various locations, including Yorkshire, the North East, the North West, and the Midlands, with the need to attend the Leeds office for team in-person meetings once or twice a year.
Requirements
What will I be doing?
- Helpdesk support for users, day-to-day issue management, acting as first-line support, and escalating tickets to senior developers as required.
- Reporting; development and maintenance of reports
- User management: new profiles, changes to profiles
- First line of contact with Access for logging issues and identifying recurrent issues and training needs.
- System development support for Proclaim Manager, including workflow template updates and development.
- Spotting trends in helpdesk tickets, investigating and resolving the root problem to avoid future tickets.
Skills and experience…
- Excellent and up-to-date technical knowledge of Proclaim
- Experience of working in a family law firm (preferred)
- A problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Determination to see a task through to the end
