We are looking for a Senior Level Designer to shape memorable mission spaces and contribute to the player's sense of discovery, challenge, and immersion through atmospheric environments and systemic level layouts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Level Designer on AA/AAA titles, with at least one shipped project.
- Proven ability to deliver complex, systemic levels from blockout to final polish.
- Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) level-building tools and Blueprint for rapid prototyping.
- Ability to craft multi-route, multi-layered environments supporting creative player agency and systemic gameplay.
- Strong sense of pacing, encounter design, spatial readability, and mission progression.
- Ability to embed narrative clues and contextual storytelling directly into environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with experience aligning with Narrative, AI, Animation, and Design teams.
- Confidence in owning mission areas and maintaining high-quality standards.
