Stitch Fix is seeking a Full Stack Lead Software Engineer - Payments to help shape the future of their payments systems. The role involves planning, building, and maintaining features and software in support of the company's growth. The team is distributed across the US and operates in an agile-inspired manner, collaborating across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate will have experience in payment processing engineering, technical leadership, and modern web stacks, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

5+ years of professional programming experience
Experience in payment processing engineering
Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, Golang, Postgres, GraphQL, Kafka, Next.js, React, JavaScript, CSS, and TypeScript
1+ years of experience in technical leadership
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in a distributed team and collaborate across multiple time zones
